Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your handmade piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please review our return policy below.
RETURNS
All return requests must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please email our customer support team at shamilceramic@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, securely package the item and ship your return to the following address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive the item to complete your refund.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shamilceramic@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
