At ShamilArtHouse, we take great pride in carefully packaging and shipping your handmade ceramic artwork from Turkey to customers around the world.


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time. This will be clearly communicated on the product page if applicable.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as PTT, UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Turkey: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5-7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5-7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5-10 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We offer free shipping on select products and during promotional periods.


Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred in their destination country.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out—we’ll assist with tracking or offer a suitable solution.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
